You will have to go through various screens, such as the possibility to connect with Facebook to improve your buying experience (not necessary, then click on ‘no thanks’). After which you’ll have to fill in your contact details and then you’ll find various possibilities to pay.

It is not possible to transfer money from (University) account or pay upon invoice.
Your eticket will count as paid invoice.
Unfortunately it is technically not possible to add the transaction costs to the price you see in the pdf. We apologize for the inconvenience.
After you’ve paid, you will receive an email with your e-ticket in PDF. If you haven’t received it in a view minutes, please check your junk mail folder.
Fees
Tickets are personal and can only be bought per single ticket. That way we get a ‘clean’ database of participants names and organisations to be used for for instance the participants list and badges etcetera. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
The tickets can be bought until 13 June 2013 (Tickets excluding the conference dinner can be bought until 19 June). Prices are inclusive of taxes and ticket administration fee. (This ticket service is provided by Ticketscript.)

**) Student/PhD tickets:
To be able to register as a student or PhD you will need a code. You can get a code by sending an email to info@ilera-europe2013.eu with proof of you being a student or PhD. This can be for instance by a signed letter of your promotor. Please also let the organisers know if you want to buy a ticket with or without conference dinner on Saturday.

Cancellation policy
Once you’ve bought the ticket it is not possible to cancel. However it is possible to send a replacement. If you’re not able to come and want to send for instance a colleague, please send an email with the name change to info@ilera-europe2013.eu.
