You can book one of the conference hotels here through an online booking form until the end of April.

Please don’t contact the hotels directly. They won’t be able to help you with the bookings for the ILERA conference hotels.

Conference hotels

There is a separate web-page for the hotel reservations. You’ll need a password to access it. The password is “ilera” (without the quotes). Click here to go to the hotel reservations.

Cancellation policy:

1. In case of cancellation more than 01 month before scheduled arrival date:
   The reservations may be cancelled free of charge
2. In case of cancellation more than 14 days before scheduled arrival date:
   60% of the reservation value will be charged
3. In case of cancellation more than 07 days before scheduled arrival date:
   85% of the reservation value will be charged
4. In case of cancellation less than 07 days before scheduled arrival date:
   100% of the reservation value will be charged
